Beautiful apartment in Madrid! "DESCRIPTION A spectacular penthouse with views over the rooftops of Madrid, bright and brand new with complete refurbishment of very high quality. Located on the corner of Don Ramón de la Cruz and Conde de Peñalver, in Lista / Barrio de Salamanca, one of the busiest and most commercial areas of the city, surrounded by shops, restaurants, tapas bars, businesses and lots of authentic Madrid life. The flat has a very large terrace of 25 m2 that can be accessed from all the social area and the bedrooms, which gives it a lot of light and a feeling of spaciousness. The decoration is modern, minimalist, taking care of all the details, colours and spaces to create a very harmonious and pleasant atmosphere. It is located in a classic building with a doorman, 2 lifts and a ramp for the disabled. It faces south (the best direction in the city) so it receives a lot of sun in winter and enough sun in summer. On entering the apartment there is a small hall with the living room to the front and to the left the dining room with an integrated open plan kitchen. There is a wall dividing these spaces with small cupboards in natural wood and a mirrored table. To the right of the entrance is the toilet and the laundry room with cupboards for cleaning utensils, a wash basin, and a separate washing machine and dryer. The living room has a double sofa in grey fabric with a square armchair, a low TV cabinet in dark wood, a large format smart TV on the wall, and a modern grey library. The dining room consists of a round table in dark wood and 4 black chairs, a large sideboard also in wood and a large painting of a Caribbean beach. The kitchen is in cream tones with a grey stone top, very modern, fully equipped with complete kitchenware for 8 people and high end appliances - with the particularity of having 2 large fridge/freezers. It has a connecting counter with the rest of the room with 5 light grey benches and modern lamps that come down from the ceiling. All this living/dining/kitchen area and each room has access to the terrace through soundproof sliding doors in wood and glass that give a beautiful view of the roofs of the street and the Madrid sky (south direction). All these doors have electric blinds that close and darken the whole room. In the entrance hall, on the right, is the corridor leading to the bedrooms. The first on the left is the second bedroom with 2 single beds of 0.80 (which can be converted into a large bed of 1.60 x 2.00) with drawers underneath, built-in wardrobe, smart TV on the wall and access door to the terrace. In the hallway to the right is the second full bathroom, very spacious, with shower tray and glass enclosure. The master bedroom has a 1.80 x 2.00 bed with a sofa and an excellent pocket spring mattress, a beautiful wooden headboard with modern bedside lamps and dark wood bedside tables, a wooden bench at the foot of the bed, smart TV on the wall and built-in wardrobes.
