Sausage Hashbrown Bites

Ingredients

1 lb of ground pork breakfast sausage
1 1/2 cups of Bisquick
8 ounces of cream cheese at room temperature
1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
4 cups of frozen hashbrowns (thawed)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray or use parchment paper.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix together well.

Shape into 1-inch balls and place at least an inch apart on the baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until they are cooked through and golden brown.

Let them cool a bit before serving.
