Ground Beef and Gravy

Ingredients

1 lb of ground beef
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
2 tablespoons of all purpose flour
1 tablespoon of minced onion
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons of butter
2 cups of beef broth

Instructions

In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef until no pink is showing. If there s a lot of grease you can drain it.

Turn down to medium heat and add butter, once melted, add garlic, onion, black pepper and all purpose flour, continuing to stir until the flour is really mixed in.

Next slowly add beef broth while stirring. Once combined finish off with the Worcestershire sauce and let simmer for about 4-5 minutes until gravy has thickened.

Serve over mashed potatoes, rice or pasta.
