Ingredients

1 cup boiling water
3 Earl Grey tea bags
1 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

Add the water to a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Then turn the heat off.

Pour in the granulated sugar and stir until it is fully dissolved.

Steep 3 Earl Grey tea bags into the sugar mixture for 4 minutes.

Remove the tea bags and squeeze them lightly over the saucepan so the remaining flavor drips back inside the saucepan. Let the syrup cool before storing in a jar, bottle or container with a lid. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
