Raspberry Sorbet Champagne Float

Ingredients

1 bottle (750 ml.) rosé champagne ((or sparkling wine))
1 pint (16 oz.) raspberry sorbet ((2 scoops per glass))

Instructions

Add two small scoops of raspberry sorbet to each glass

Pour champagne over the top of the sorbet.

Garnish with edible flowers or fresh raspberries.
