Lemon Cheesecake Overnight Oats

1/2 cup old fashioned oats
2 tablespoons protein powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 tablespoons vanilla yogurt (I use a high protein yogurt)
1 tablespoon whipped cream cheese
1 teaspoon pure maple syrup (or more to taste)
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon lemon extract
3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla oat milk (or use regular milk with a splash of vanilla extract)
1 dollop vanilla yogurt
1 drizzle pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon white chocolate chips

Instructions
In a jar or container with a tight fitting lid, measure and add oats, vanilla protein powder and chia seeds. To that, add yogurt, whipped cream cheese, emon zest and lemon extract. Lastly, pour in the vanilla oat milk.
Stir well to combine and cover and refrigerate overnight.
Then next morning, uncover and either enjoy it cold or warm it in the microwave. I like to top mine with a dollop of vanilla yogurt, a drizzle of maple syrup, extra lemon zest and a few white chocolate chips.
