Asian Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

10 cups Napa or green cabbage (very thinly shredded)
2 cups purple cabbage (very thinly shredded)
1 cup shredded carrot (about 2 large carrots worth)
½ cup very thinly sliced green onions
½ cup sliced almonds
2 tablespoons black and/or white sesame seeds
¼ cup Sweet Sesame Dressing

Instructions

Combine both cabbages, carrots, green onions, and almonds in a large mixing bowl. Toss to combine.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss well to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediatley or refrigerate until ready to serve. (If you won't be serving within a few hours, wait to toss with dressing prior to serving.)
