Chicken and Stuffing

Ingredients

1 pound chicken tenders (can use 3 or 4 chicken breasts or any parts of the chicken)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 6 ounce box cornbread stuffing mix (You can use any stuffing mix)
1 14.5 ounce can chicken broth
1 10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)

Instructions

Sprinkle pepper on chicken and put chicken in the bottom of a 3 quart crock pot. Combine stuffing mix with the chicken broth and cream of chicken soup. Spread over the chicken in the crock pot.

Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or high for 4 hours or until chicken is done. Remove and shred chicken. Serve with stuffing. Makes about six servings.
