Greek Yogurt Waffles

Ingredients

2 large eggs
1 3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, yogurt and honey. Whisk for at least a couple of minutes until it is well combined and bubbly.

Add in the baking powder, salt and flour and stir until well combined.

Cook on a heated waffle iron until golden brown.
