Smoked Salmon Dip

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
¼ cup sour cream
1-2 tablespoons capers (minced)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh dill minced
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
4 ounces smoked salmon (chopped very small)
1 tablespoon chives or green onions (very thinly sliced, for serving)
1 tablespoon fresh Italian parsley (finely chopped, for serving)

Instructions

Place the cream cheese in a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy, Add the sour cream, capers, lemon juice, dill, horseradish, salt, and pepper. Beat again to combine.

Add the salmon and stir to mix throughout. Scoop into a bowl with a lid and refrigerate until well-chilled.

Top with chives and parsley before serving with crackers, bagel chips, and raw vegetables.
