Ingredients

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup full fat greek yogurt ((I like oikos plain with 25g protein))
1/2 cup ketchup (homemade, regular or sugar free)
1/3 cup finely diced white or yellow onion
1/3 cup finely diced dill pickles
1 teaspoon white granulated sugar
2 to 4 tablespoons dill pickle juice (brine)

Instructions

In a small to medium bowl, measure and add mayonnaise, greek yogurt, ketchup, onion, pickles and sugar. Mix to combine.

Add desired amount of pickle juice to thin the dressing to a desired consistency.
