Mississippi Pork Chops

Ingredients

2 lb boneless pork chops
1 (1 ounce) packet of Au Jus Gravy Mix
1 (1 ounce) packet of Ranch Dressing Mix
1/2 cup of butter - sliced
Pepperoncini Peppers
Mozzerella cheese (optional)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray a 9X13 baking dish.

Place pork chops in baking dish and sprinkle each pork chop with both ranch mix and au jus gravy.

Top each pork chop with a pepperoncini pepper and a slice of butter.

Cook in preheated oven for 25-30 minute or until the internal temperature is 145. The cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the pork chops.

Sprinkle with cheese.
